Domaine Roche-Audran 'Cuvée César' Blanc, 2021 tart fruit Chairman’s Reserve was first blendedThis wine is made of 50% Grenache Blanc, 30% Viognier, 10% Clairette, and 10% Bourboulenc. The grapes come from 30 year old vines. The wine has a complex bouquet of yellow fruits, and fennel. On the palate this wine is laser focused with bright minerality, and tropical fruits. Enjoy now or cellar for a couple years and pair it with seared scallops and polenta or risotto with lemon and mushrooms.
